Jim Flemming (70)

Jim Flemming's career spanned 41 international matches. He became a referee in 1973 after he was unable to play due to concussion. His first international was in 1985 between England and Ireland. He retired in 2001 and was awarded the MBE in the 2002 New Year's Honours List. He now works for the SRU in a senior assessor role.
