Nigel Owens (50)

Nigel Owens is a TV presenter, entertainer and professional referee. He played his rugby at Maesyryrfa School but started refereeing at the very early age of sixteen. His first game in charge was an U15 fixture between Carmarthen and Pembrokeshire. He went on to make his international debut in 2005 in Japan, when the locals played a touring Irish team. In 2015, he refereed the Rugby World Cup final between New Zealand and Australia.
