David McHugh
David McHugh refereed in three world cups (1995, 1999 and 2003) before finally retiring from international rugby in 2004. In 2002, McHugh was famously assaulted by a drunken South African fan during a game against New Zealand in Durban. He is now a Referee Performance Manager with the IRFU. He used to be a fruit importer in Cork
