Mathieu Noirot
Following in the footsteps of his father, Claude, Noirot ref'd his first professional fixture in 2012. He's now a regular in France's D2. He originally played his rugby in the back row. Realising he wasn't going to make it as a professional player, at the age of 18 he decided to shift into refereeing.
