Rob Debney
Rob Debney became a full time English referee in September 2005, at the age of 31 having earlier pursued a career as a Chemistry and PE teacher. He started refereeing at the age of 17 whilst still at school; a neck injury put an end to his playing days as a loose head prop. In 2000, aged 26, Rob was the second youngest member of the Panel of National Referees. In 2005 he refereed his first full international, Canada vs USA at the Churchill Cup. He speaks French, Italian and Russian.
