Alan Falzone

Alan Falzone was TMO at the final of the FIR competition in Italy in 2014 between Calvisano and Rovigo. A comment made on Facebook following the game, led to him being suspended by FIR. The case went to court and Alan Falzone had to wait almost eight months to get a verdict. In effect, he did not officiate a game for a year. The court found him not guilty. All this because he expressed an opinion on Facebook.
